CaracterÃsticas Técnicas
• Plano superior de trabajo fabricado en acero inoxidable 2 mm. de espesor.
• Cuerpo y estructura construido en acero inoxidable de 1 mm. de espesor.
• Quemadores de alta potencia (18 kW) y diámetro 335 mm. de llama vertical dirigida directamente al centro de la sartén wok.
• Se crea un abanico de calor por toda la superficie consiguiendo una temperatura extrema idónea para este tipo de cocción.
• Parrilla de hierro fundido de alta resistencia.
• Válvula de seguridad con termopar.
• Sistema de encendido piezoeléctrico para cada quemador.
• Bandeja recogemigas extraible en acero inoxidable y donde se puede ubicar agua para facilitar su limpieza posterior
• Se suministran predispuestas para gas propano - butano y se proporcionan inyectores para cambio a gas natural.
